Pool Day: Personal projects

Pool Days are group working sessions at Node. During this Pool Day Node resident curators presented and discussed with each other their own projects as curators.

Non-art review

Following the non-contemporary art visit of the day before to the Museum of Natural History and the Museum of Technology, Node resident curators spent the day analyzing and discussing curatorial aspects of the spaces and exhibitions visited, focusing on possible contemporary applications.

Surprise challenge

Our traditional Surprise Challenge is a curatorial exercise consisting on a one day visit to not art-related spaces and the development of an exhibition concept for these locations. Our Summer 2012 residents visited the well known second-hand clothes store Humana, urban garden Prinzessinengärten and gym-chain McFit.
